She was born in Lamesa, TX on February 16, 1945 to Earl & Willie Goen. She was an award winning Quilter, a retired bank manager; a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend to all. Judith was a very active member at the Alamo Heights Presbyterian Church.
She was predeceased by her brother Mark Goen.
Judith is survived by her loving husband John M. "Jack" Wallace of 13yrs; son Wesley Joe Alexander, step-children: Kitty Van Dyke (Paul); John M. Wallace, Jr.; Susan J. Geer; Cindy Phillips (Billy); four grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and her sister Suzanne Ferrel.
