Kathryn Nell Emmett Miller peacefully passed away on February 4, 2015, in San Antonio, Texas, after battling numerous illnesses for decades. She was born to Don Elden and Pearl Leavitt Emmett in Enterprise, Utah, on July 6, 1928.
She was a skilled homemaker, devoted genealogist, community service worker, and jack-of-all-trades. She was a "do-it-yourselfer" and if she didn't know how to fix something, she studied and read until she learned how to fix it. She loved serving in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She was an award winning speaker for Dale Carnegie. She loved music, performing arts, and watching birds. But most importantly, she loved caring for her family, especially grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her beloved husband of 67 years Melvin Miller, her sister, two brothers, parents, and one great-granddaughter.
