Kenneth Duke Morrison, age 60, passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 18, 2010 of multiple myeloma. He is preceded in death by his father, James Kenneth Morrison. He is survived by his mother, Doris May Harris of Seal Beach, California; sisters, Patricia Morrison Semmes and husband Tom of San Antonio, Susan Edwards and husband Bill of Seattle, Washington, and Doris Anne Morrison of Anaheim, California; aunt, Pat Sadowski of Baltimore, Maryland; uncle, Tom Morrison of Greenwich, Connecticut; nephews, Brian Semmes and Jason Thorne; niece, Kristina Thorne and numerous cousins. The family expresses their special appreciation to the Bone Marrow Transplant Unit at the V.A. Hospital, Dr. David Haile, Dr. Kenneth Utz; Santa Rosa Hospice, Sister Maureen, and Morningside Ministries at Chandler House. A private Memorial Service will be scheduled at a later date.
