I miss you so much Dad. I feel so empty and a huge part of me is missing. You were not just my amazing dad but also my best friend and taught me so much. You taught me about God and about values and morals. There are not enough words to come close to describe the love and gratitude i have for you and being so blessed to be your daughter. I can NOT wait to be with you again Dad. I miss our card games, and all our jokes, and all your candy you always had in your pockets, most of all I miss your love and tenderness and how no matter what day or time I could call you and you were there to listen or give me advice and to always tell me how much you loved me. I miss you so much Dad. I don’t know how to do this without you.

I initially met him him at Cornerstone Church over 17+ years ago.  Come to find out later, he knew my mother at the VA.  He was also happy and full of spirit.  My kids, who are 19 and 16, remember riding on Kenny’s motorcycle.  He will be greatly missed.

Kenny became part of our family after meeting him for the first time. Kenny was and will always be someone we hold close to our hearts. He was an incredible blessing to the Alexander family and will be deeply missed!  Trish - We are so incredibly sorry for your loss. We love you so much!

A true beam of light and joy has gone home to Jesus.  How I will miss Kenny's wonderful, silly and funny jokes-and he had a million of them! He and Trish shared a love that was inspirational and I know he will always watch over her. Kenny, we are so going to miss you.

Kenny will always be remembered by me and Joyce as The Candy Man.  We will also remember Kenny for his wonderful greetings as we came into church on Sunday mornings at Friendship Church.  We remember that he also always had a funny riddle with which to stump us.  I am thankful for Kenny's always being available to provide the entertainment at our annual 55 Alive Christmas Parties. He was a great friend and man of God with a wonderful sense of humor.  When I go home to Jesus, I expect that I will see him close to the throne of Jesus  welcoming me into heaven as he use to welcome me into church.  Blair McLeod

Sorry Unk you were a great guy one of my favorites. I wish we could have spent more time together but that's how life is. Thanks for the memories I do have. Like I told you many times it's was because of you that I chose the career path that I did. Give mom and Grandma a kiss for me. Love Dallas ray.

Kenny and I met through the Patriot Guard Riders about 15 years ago. He was the kindest person I have ever known. It didn’t matter if it was a young child that he was giving candy to or asking an older lady if school had let out early. I sure will miss him and his corny jokes.

I was so blessed to have Kenny as my big brother.  Never missed calling me on my Birthday and singing Happy Birthday to me.  I will miss his jokes, his laughs, and his smiles.   I know Kenny is in Heaven with God our Father, and our Lord Jesus.  I Will always love you Kenny.

Me moved to San Antonio 16 years ago. Kenny and Trish were newly weds and our neighbors across the street. We had two children aged 3 and a twelve year old. Our children met Kenny the candy man from across the street, and Kenny and Trish have been our dearest friends ever since. It was wonderful to have such caring and dear friends across the street. It was less than a year but it felt like a lifetime. Last year I moved next door to Kenny and Trish and they immediately became my family. Kenny was like an angel, I loved his jokes and he was always keeping an eye on me and my son. He was known by everyone in the neighborhood and always had something fun or sweet to say. Heaven just got a beautiful angel and we will always miss him immensely. Prayers for Trish and his family, God give you the peace and strength you need during these trying times. Rest In Peace Kenny.

I’ll always remember Kenny telling me a joke every Sunday morning.  His sense of humor was such a hoot. Kenny was a great example of a man strong in his faith and his love for Jesus, and his beautiful wife Trish. A special kind man who I will always remember with great affection.  I’m thankful to have known him for even a short time.  Love you you Trish, and many prayers going up for you dear friend!  God is with you!  Enjoy heaven Kenny and we will see you again! 💕

Kenny "Punkin" as he was known to our family, was a life long friend. My husband Loved the times " Punkin" would come home to Jeffersonville for a visit. OHH the times we shared!! Memories for sure! He and his sister Jean came to visit me in NM where I lived at the time and of course "Punkin" brought his "game bag". he had a new game FARKLE. He said I'd love it, but I'd never be able to beat him! He was right I did love it, and he was also right,  I did beat him very few times.! Before they left  "'Punkin" bought me a FARKLE game and gave to me. I'll Never play FARKLE again that "Punkin" won't be here. Our kids loved "their Uncle "Punkin" and were saddened also at his death. It's hard to believe that I met Kenny a short time ago, just under 2 years.  I had come home to Texas for medical reasons.  When I was able to go to church, it was great to see Trish again,  and meet Kenny.  They have such sweet spirits.  Kenny was immediately so approachable, welcoming, loving, kind, funny...and had candy, which made him even sweeter.  My mom and Trish previously worked together, so I met her when I was in high school.  Kenny had a way of making me feel like I had known him just as long.    I'm so grateful that I was able to meet him when I did. He was such a blessing and truly showed the love of Christ. Praise God that I will see him again  and get to listen to all those jokes he's been polishing up on.

Kenny was like a Brother to all of the Campbell Family.  He was always laughing and telling jokes to make us all feel good when we were having a bad day.  He served for 16 years as a Citizens On Patrol Volunteer for the Steubing Ranch Neighborhood putting hundreds of hours patrolling our streets all hours of the day and night.  Kenny was a friend to everyone and loved by all that met him.  I have been very blessed to have him as my friend.
