On March 21, 2021, Lambert Arocha Jr., our beloved husband, father, grandpa, and great grandpa joined “The Guy Up in the Sky” to watch over his family from heaven above. His life will be celebrated as one who made the world better with a no-nonsense attitude, fierce loyalty, and personal strength that not even his family could have imagined.
His legacy is the value he placed around family, love, support, and service. Drafted into the Army in 1966, Lambert proudly served in the Vietnam war and celebrated his pride in our country throughout his life. He will be remembered for the love he gave freely, the dedication and sacrifices he made for his country and family, and the many, many life lessons he taught by example.
He is survived by a heart-broken, but strong family including his wife and soulmate of 52 years, Ofilia R. Arocha, three children: Luisa M. Sonntag with husband Erich, Lambert Arocha III with wife Violet, and Linard Arocha with wife Evon; nine grandchildren: Ciara Perez and partner William, Brianna Arocha, Erich M.
