Landon was a beautiful, gentle soul. Generous with kind thoughts and words, he sought to uplift others, had a calm presence, and radiated purity and happiness. “He always saw the shine in everything.” Landon was a caring and giving spirit, a thoughtful son, grandson, and brother, and the light that he brought is and will be missed immeasurably.
As a senior at MacArthur High School, Landon was a 4-year member of the varsity golf team, photo editor of the yearbook, and worked as a host at El Chaparral Mexican Restaurant. A naturally talented artist, Landon enjoyed spending time with family and friends, drawing, photography, nature and Legos. He was planning on attending Texas Tech University in the fall and was excited to be a Red Raider.
Landon is survived by his parents, Patrick and Celina Kelly; his brothers, Nathan, Dylan and Aiden Kelly; and his grandparents, Edward J. Kelly and Homer and Maria Elma Galvan; and numerous uncles, aunts and cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Maria Olga Kelly.

"Behold my servant, whom I have chosen, my beloved with whom my soul is well pleased. I will place my spirit upon him, and he will proclaim justice to the Gentiles. He will not quarrel or cry aloud, nor will anyone hear his voice in the streets; a bruised reed he will not break, and a smoldering wick he will not quench, until he brings justice to victory, and in his name the Gentiles will hope.” Matthew 12:18-21
