

Larry Stephen Calverley, age 80 of Blanco, Texas, passed away on Tuesday, August 2, 2016 in New Braunfels. Larry was born August 9, 1935 in Garden City, Texas to the late Steve and AnnaLee Love Calverley.
Larry graduated from Garden City High School in 1953. He attended Texas Tech University and earned a degree in Petroleum Engineering.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Harry Love and his wife, Darlene Calverley; sister, Anita May and her husband, Ross May; sister-in-law, Faye Clifton and her husband, Donald; brothers-in-law, Merrill Cloe and Jim Dye.
Larry leaves behind to cherish his memory, his wife, Lynna Calverley; children, Dee Calverley and wife, Katy of Boerne, Michelle Robinson and husband, Shane of The Woodlands, Richard Denison and wife, Kathi of Georgetown, Paula Dodds of Corpus Christi, Lisa Seidel of Spring Branch, Bob Denison and wife Alice of Edmond, Oklahoma; brother, Denis Calverley and wife, Anita of Garden City; brother and sisters-in-law Gerald King of The Woodlands, Harold and Patricia Mathena of Edmond, Oklahoma, Cheryl Dye of Wichita Falls, Karen Cloe of Liberty; grandchildren, Lisa Schoenfeldt and husband, Matt, Blake Denison and wife, Joyce, Rachel Gremillion and husband, Daryll, Justin and Jeremy Dodds, Zac and Cody Denison, Ross Calverley and wife, Kelsey, Stephanie Seidel, Cole Denison, Rilee and Rorie Robinson; great grandchildren, Madison and Tristian Schoenfeldt, Caroline Gremillion, Aiden Seidel; and many nieces and nephews he loved dearly.
The family will receive friends beginning at 9:00 a.m., Monday, August 8, 2016 at the Vada Hagee Chapel.
