Larry David McKelvy, age 73, passed away November 13, 2020 in San Antonio, Texas. He was born on December 2, 1946 in Frederick, Oklahoma to William David McKelvy and Geraldine Voss McKelvy. He is survived by his children, Jeffrey David McKelvy, William Dean McKelvy, Christopher John Burton, Shauna McKelvy and Laura Denise Praet; 6 grandchildren. A graveside service will be conducted at 2:30 P.M. Tuesday, December 1, 2020 at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery in San Antonio, Texas with U.S. Navy military honors.
