Leandro Munoz, age 80, passed away January 29, 2016 in San Antonio, TX. He was born on May 14, 1935 in Brownsville, TX. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother and friend who will be dearly missed.
He is survived by his wife of 32 years, Gloria Munoz; four children, Rick Munoz, Yvette Gonzalez, Roland Munoz and Yvonne Lima; eight grandchildren; one great grandson; two brothers, Johnny Munoz and Onofre Munoz; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will take place from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. with a rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. Thursday, February 11, 2016 at Sunset Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will be held at 9:00 a.m. Friday, February 12, 2016 at Sunset Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow with military honors at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.
