He ended his career journey right where he started as a math teacher and golf coach at Roosevelt High School in San Antonio. He loved working with people and was a great coach and mentor.
Leonard had strong faith and attended Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church in San Antonio, TX, where he was also part of the Knights of Columbus. Throughout life, Leonard loved playing baseball, golf, and spending time with family. He loved making and eating chili, the hotter the better! In his retirement years, you could usually find him on the golf course somewhere, putting together a puzzle, or out going for a walk.
