

She was born in San Antonio, Texas on August 7, 1963 and attended Clark High School. Lisa was part of the band, choir and color guard. She attended the UT Health Science Center where she obtained her BA in nursing. She worked at Heartland Nursing Home as the nurse supervisor of the 200 Hall. Lisa loved to cook and she adored German shepherds.
She was preceded in death by sister, Lorraine Stephens. Lisa is survived by children, Erin Lorraine Lorillard, William Hart Lorillard, Shannon Leigh Bass, Mitchell Ryan Bass; grandchildren, Bailey Slater, Courtaney Slater and Nickey Slater; parents, Dianne Stephens and Harry Hart Stephens M.D.; brothers, Michael Alan Stephens, Scott William Stephens and Mark Andrew Stephens as well as a large extended family. The family will receive friends from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, March 2, 2011 at Castle Hills First Baptist Church.
