He was preceded in death by his parents, Lloyd James DeVinney Sr. and, Ethel Marie (Zawaski) DeVinney; and brothers, Vernon DeVinney, Donald DeVinney, and Gary Allen DeVinney.
Lloyd is survived by his wife, Lualhati DeVinney, children; Lloyd V. DeVinney (Tara), Marie Luz DeVinney Wright, Maureen Jackson (Jeffrey), Lloyd James DeVinney III (Nichole), Bryan Felix DeVinney (Ira); Grandchildren, Nicholas DeVinney, Shem Jones, Jaden DeVinney, Brooklyn Isis Mahal Scott, Emily Jackson, Kimberlynn Jackson, Gabrielle DeVinney, Gwyneth DeVinney, Krayde Xavier Oliva, Derrick Nunez, Ryan Nunez, Lloyd Vincent DeVinney Jr., Tyrus Lyle DeVinney; and Great-grandchildren; Kaley DeVinney and Adrian Smith.
