Lois Eleanor Arndt

Lois Eleanor Arndt, age 90, passed away on Thursday, September 20 at her home in San Antonio. She was born on August 25, 1928 in Williamstown, Pennsylvania to Jonathan L. Moyer and Ethel C. Hand. She graduated from Middletown High School in Middletown, PA and got married in 1946.

Lois dedicated her life to serving others. She was a dedicated and loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend to many. She gave to the community by serving as a Girl Scout Leader, Camp Fire Girl Leader, Room Mother, and Chairperson of her Church's Prayer Chain. She was the hostess of many celebratory occasions and a great cook. Lois enjoyed baking, sewing, and playing pinochle and other games.

She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Shirley M. Price; brothers, Harold and Donald Moyer; and daughter, Jan M. Roseland. Lois is survived by her husband, Clarence J. Arndt, Jr.; daughters, Joy Jones (Don) and Jami Coker (Larry); Son-in-Law, Chuck Roseland; Grandchildren Shaun Roseland, Eric Roseland, and Lindsey Ashburn; Great-Grandchildren Trey Pyjas, Drew Roseland, and Conley Roseland.
