One of my favorite memories is when you were baking chocolate chip cookies and you wanted to put M&M's on top but didn't have any so you sent dad to go buy some.  He was gone for a long time. Finally when he came home  he put the brown M&M bag on the table and said this was all I could find. I didn't see any colored ones that you like.  We looked at each other and started laughing.  So you cut the bag and poured out the M&M's that came in colors.  Dad just shook he head and told us to stop laughing. He thought because the bag was brown so were the candies.  Those were the best cookies you ever made!  Thank you for a lot of special memories.

My beloved Grandma Kelly! You will be missed! I will never forget watching the Hallmark channel with you for hours, just laughing at how cheesy they were! You were always thinking about the grandkids, always had something new for them to play with everytime we came over! Your cooking was AMAZING! I remember you helping me make a pumpkin roll during christmas, I was so proud at how well it turned out! You were so easy to talk to, I know I could get an honest opinion from you! You are definitely the reason I am obsessed with puzzles and diamond art! We are just so good at them!  😊  Thank you for being such an amazing Grandma and Great Grandma! Definitely the greatest in my book!!!

To my beloved Grandma Kelly,

The memories I have with you are an incredible example of my personal experiences with a loving family and a home that tells a story. 
When I think of you, I think of relaxed get-togethers of mothers and fathers, aunts and uncles, cousins, siblings, and you at the center of it all. 
When I think of you I remember a Christmas tree with many presents lying underneath, a bar with a little tree covered in gum drops, and partly finished 1000-piece puzzles, always different from the ones in my previous visit.
I think of the family all sitting around the dinner table laughing and telling wonderful stories, or watching TV together on those comfy couches, or passing out Christmas Eve presents filled with curiosity and endearment. 
When I think of you, I remember your clock that sang different bird songs for each hour, a side porch with many happily occupied bird houses, and a backyard where a young mind could get lost in the wonderment of nature.
When I think of you, I remember a glass cabinet with the biggest salt-and-pepper shaker collection that I will ever see, the aroma of something delicious being prepared  from scratch in the kitchen, and a table piled up with homemade treats (including my personal favorite, banana bread!).
When I think of you, I remember your pleasant wittiness, your endless smile, and your gift of the most gentle and loving hug for every hello and every goodbye. 
I will always cherish these memories you gave me. Thank you for being an amazing grandmother, and thank you for raising my amazing mom. I love you, Grandma.
