To Irma and Lou's entire family.  My sincerest condolences on your lost. It was my privilege to serve with Lou in the US Air Force and to gain Lou's friendship which we shared from afar for more then 45 years with a few special visits together which I will cherish for my remaining years.  I will miss our talks and emails, his kindness and thoughtfulness were but two of his special qualities.  Buddy, I look forward to a future time when we will again get our sticks out and walk the fairways and greens of heaven.  Love you Buddy, Andy

Uncle Louie's kind heart and positive spirit will forever remain in our hearts. His big smile and warm hugs will be missed however he will not be absent from continuing to guide his many nieces and nephews toward a stronger path in their journeys.

Aunt Irma and Family, I hope God takes away all anguish and any sorrow you have. Uncle Louie was a kind, loving and a gentlemen. He was an extraordinary example of a loving and devoted husband. His work in vocation and life showed his many Nieces and Nephews what hard work and perseverance can bring. We will miss his big chuckle and him yelling at the Cowboys.

The Lord created very few like Luis Gamez. We are extremely proud to be considered amongst his closest friends.
Louie was a class act...a faithful friend, a dedicated co worker, a devoted husband, a fanatic golfer, and a maniacal Spurs fan. He inspired all who worked and played with him. His upbeat attitude, his bubbly personality, and his persistent support helped many of us through some less than terrific days. Louie will be dearly missed.
So, rest in peace, good buddy. And may God bless you, as He has blessed us with your brief, yet eternal, friendship.

It's been a joy looking over old photos of our brother, Louie and being able to share them with his family and friends.  He was the leader of the pack.  When he entered a room, everyone noticed.  He had a very loud voice (The Gamez family is known for their loud voices :) and sometimes his little nephews and nieces would be startled by his voice and presence. But he immediately put them at ease with his bear hugs and kisses.  He was kind, loving and will forever live in our hearts. We are thankful that he shared his life with his wonderful wife, Irma.  She was the love of his life!  We are very happy that he is now reunited with our loved ones that have gone before him.  John 3:16 "For God so loved the world that he gave his only Son, so that everyone who believes in him might not perish but might have eternal life."

Please accept our deepest and heartfelt condolences.  May God's Love comfort you at this difficult time.

My deepest condolences in the loss of your beloved Luis, Irma. Louie was a hard-working, kind-hearted, caring true friend from the first day Bill and I walked into the AT&T test center. I know they are enjoying golfing together again. I can hear their laughter. He will be missed by so many. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Louie always had a way of making you laugh when your day was "going south".  I always remembered Louie's Birthday due to the fact that he and my wife shared the same month, day and year of birth.  Louie was one sharp cookie and he knew his job at ATT and performed it well.  God Bless you Louie.  We'll miss you Friend.  My wife (Ruth) and I want to extend our deepest sympathies to Louie's entire family.

Our world has lost a truly great individual in Luis.  A dedicated husband, family oriented person with a unique love for life and friends. Plus over 60 nieces & nephews including great nieces & nephews (from both sides of the family). All will miss him,honor him & respect him when they speak of him. My husband you will be remembered & LOVED FOREVER.

I am sorry to hear that such a kind person has left us, but I know the Lord must have better things for him to do. He will always hold a special place in my memories working with him. I pray for the Lord's comfort to all his family.
