Malcolm W. Reus

Malcolm W. Reus, age 85, passed away peacefully in his home surrounded by family on Friday, April 23, 2021 in San Antonio, Texas. He was born September 6, 1935 to Rudolph Reus and Lenora Halty Reus in LaCoste, Texas.

Malcolm had worked for Federal Reserve Bank for 41 years when he retired. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and working in his yard. He also enjoyed all sports whether it was live or on television but most of all he enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He always greeted everyone with a warm smile.

Malcolm was a loving Husband, Father, Grandfather, Great Grandfather, and Brother.

He was preceded in death by his parents and is survived by his loving family: Sarah Reus his wife of 62 years; daughters, Cynthia Kimbrell and Jacqueline Hamel; Grandson Chas Hamel (Alisha), Granddaughter Kayla Hamel (Chris), Great Granddaughter Aspyn Hamel; Brothers Ray Reus (Karen), Rodney Reus and Robert Reus (Rita), along with numerous Nephews, Nieces, extended family members, and a lifetime of friends.
