Mr. Clements was a member of Highland Terrace United Methodist Church. He retired from Armour Meat Packing Co. and also worked at San Antonio Packing Co. He was a member of Grand Lodge of Texas # 1079. He was preceded in death by his wife, Ila Mae Clements.
Survived by his current wife, Enid Wagner Clements; his daughter, Linda Whitacre and her husband, Frank Whitacre; grandchildren, Michael Whitacre and his wife, Kerri Whitacre, and Jeffrey Whitacre; great grandchildren, Kaeley Whitacre, Austin Whitacre, and Blake Whitacre.
