Although his life was short it came with big lessons for his family and friends. Thru his battle with cancer he has faced many difficult and challenging moments, which he faced bravely and with always a smile on his face. He taught his family how frail and beautiful life is.
Marcus is survived by his parents, Paul and Migdalis Miguel; his sister, Giselle Andrea Arnsworth; and his brother, Myles Benjamin; maternal grandparents, Noel and Carmen Cintron; paternal grandparents, Crispulo and Loida Miguel; aunties, Paola Miguel, Yolanda Cintron, and Carmen Navaira and uncle, Daniel Navaira; cousins, Noel Martin Cintron and Lidia Cintron; as well as numerous great aunts, great uncles and cousins.
Marcus also leaves many wonderful caregivers and supporting staff. They helped and loved him throughout his difficult treatments - the nurses and doctors at Children's Methodist Hospital Pedi Hem/Onc Unit, UT Health San Antonio and more importantly Dr. Mahendra Patel and his staff of nurses that have been very wonderful. There are no words to describe the love and care they have shown Marcus.
