Sorry to hear about Elaine's passing. She was a wonderful person. May she rest in peace.

You were a great wife, mother, mother-inlaw and great friend. You exemplified love, kindness, devotion, and care. You were not only my mother you were a mother or grandmother to everyone who walked into your home. You made everyone feel like you they were your best friend or favorite child. I will miss you more than words can say. I know you were sad with out daddy and he was sad in heaven with out you. And once again in true Margaret Elaine Hyland fashion you did what was needed to make him happy. You are at peace now and will watch over all of us. Love Jeremy, Michelle, and Sarah Hyland

We are very sorry to hear of Elaine's passing. Elaine and Tom are very dear to us and we have many fond memories of many good times with them. They will be dearly missed at all the Irish events. Our thoughts and prayers are with the entire family.

I can not think of my beloved Aunt Elaine without also thinking of my beloved Uncle Tommy, and vice versa. How lucky I was to have them in my life. How sorry I am that I did not visit as often as I could have. Although it saddens me to see my Aunt Elaine go now, perhaps there is some sense in her leaving so soon after my Uncle Tommy. "Wait for me, Tom," I imagine her calling. And so, I imagine that he is waiting, waiting for his beloved wife of 64 years to catch up. My Aunt Elaine and Uncle Tom were so good to me the few times I did visit them in San Antonio. I surely felt welcomed and loved as if I were one of their children. "Come in, sit down, do you want a drink?" Uncle Tom would greet me. "Have something to eat. Are you hungry? Can I make you something?" Aunt Elaine would say. And we would sit around that wonderful kitchen table on Northcrest Drive and talk, with me mostly listening and taking notes on family lore. I will miss them both. Dennis Hyland

Aunt Elaine, you'll be very much missed here. Although our hearts hurt, we know you're back together again with Uncle Tommy. I'm sorry I can't be there, but I send my love & prayers to all my cousins and their families.

Go with God, Aunt Elaine, and give our love to Uncle Tommy. You'll be sorely missed here but heaven has gained another angel.
