Margaret (Meg) Regina Felix Szoszorek went to be with Our Lord on April 3, 2014 after a brief illness. Meg was born on September 1, 1925 in Erie Pennsylvania to the late Bernhard Felix and late Margaret Bayer Felix. She was the 6th of 10 children. A devoted wife, she is survived by her husband of 69 years, Joseph Edward Szoszorek; children, JoAnn Merkel and husband Thomas, Joseph Szoszorek Jr. and wife Lucretia, Lenora Balzar and husband Blayde, Lawrence Szoszorek and wife Katherine, Baby Szoszorek (deceased), Donna Antopia and husband Oscar; grandchildren, Brian, Carrie-Ann, Carla, Christina, Lisa, Leigh, Lauren, Neil, Emily, Brittany, Daniel and Mariah; great-grandchildren, Jacob, Elizabeth, Cameron, Nicholas, Carsyn and Travis; brother, Harold Felix and wife Ellis; sisters, Jean O'Hara, Doris Cessna and husband Glenn, Carol Kosobucki and husband Robert, Mary Wilson and husband James; numerous nieces and nephews all who treasured her dearly. Visitation will be at St. Brigid Catholic Church, 6907 Kitchener Road on Tuesday, April 8, 2014 beginning at 10:00 A.M. with a rosary to be recited at 11:00 A.M. A funeral mass will be celebrated at 11:30 A.M. Tuesday April 8, 2014 also at St. Brigid Catholic Church.
