

Margarita earned her master’s degree and dedicated much of her professional life to healthcare and education. Her career included work with Metropolitan Hospital in San Antonio, Southside ISD, Fort Sam Houston ISD, and Hospital Sisters Health System in Wisconsin and Illinois. Through her work and ministry, she touched countless lives with kindness and care.
A devoted member of the Society of St. Vincent de Paul and the San Jose Fraternity Secular Franciscan Order, Margarita remained deeply committed to her Catholic faith throughout her life. She was also an active parishioner of St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church.
Those who knew Margarita will remember her as a woman who lived a moral and generous life, always placing others before herself and offering support wherever it was needed most.
She is survived by a small group of loving cousins in Mexico and throughout the United States, along with many friends, fellow parishioners, and colleagues who will cherish her memory.
Her life was a testament to faith, humility, and service, and she will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
