Maria Luisa Kypuros Torres, at the age of 98, passed away in her home surrounded with love by family. Born in Eagle Pass, Texas April 18, 1918, Maria Luisa grew up on a small farm, never completed grade school yet achieved her lofty goals and exceeded her dreams. She is survived by her sons, Jesus Patlan Torres Jr., David Kypuros Torres; Daughters- in- law, Mary Ann Torres & Anita Alanis Torres; grandchildren, Stephanie Lisa Torres, Matthew J. Torres & fiancé, Katie Austin, Marianna Alanis Torres & fiancé, Dave Edwards and David Anthony Torres; many brothers & sisters-in-law; dozens of nieces & nephews. She joins in heaven her Husband, Jesus Patlan Torres; her father, Panagiotis (Pano / Francisco); her mother, Luz; brothers, Taki Kypuros (1st & 2nd), George Kypuros & Basilio Kypuros; Sisters, Margarita Torres, Sofia Olguin & Belia Gonzalez; Aunt & Uncle, Michalis and Maria Luisa Kypuros; cousins, Teodoro Kypuros & Frances Gonzalez.
Visitation at Porter Loring Mortuary North 2102 North Loop 1604 East, Tuesday, 1/10/17 5pm-7pm, Rosary 7pm.
Mass Wednesday, 1/11/17 at 10am Holy Spirit Catholic Church 8134 Blanco Rd. Interment will follow in San Fernando Cemetery No. 2.
