A loving wife and mother, she was a proud graduate of the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin and an avid fan of all Longhorn sports, the San Antonio Spurs, and Elvis Presley. She loved spending time was her family especially around the holidays, and being outdoors at the family property overlooking Medina Lake.
She was preceded in death by her father, Jan Vandermeulen and mother, Johanna.
She is survived by her husband, Frank; sons, Joseph and Luke; and daughter, Christina.
The family will receive friends from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., Thursday, February 14, 2013, at Porter Loring Mortuary North.
