Betty was preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, Frank Shipley, mother and stepfather, Mary Ellen Spence Routley Lane and Archie Lane, older brother, Joe Lane and wife Gerry, and younger brother, Charles Lane.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Kathy and Carl Muellner, grandchildren Stephen Jackson and Kimberly Muellner, a number of sisters-in-law, numerous nieces, and nephews.
Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Porter Loring Mortuary, and a private inurnment will be held at Sunset Memorial Park.
