

She graduated from Kyle High School in 1941 and married B.A. Bryant of San Marcos, March 6, 1944. They lived most of their lives in San Antonio and moved to Granite Shoals upon retirement in 1979. Marjorie was a homemaker, a substitute teacher, and the Director of the Manor Baptist daycare.
She was predeceased by her husband, B.A. Bryant in 1981.
Marjorie, known as Mama, Grandma, Momo, and GG, is survived by her four children: Don and his wife Sally and their children, Kyle and Suzee; Pat and his wife JoAnne and their sons, Eric, wife Debbie and children, Caleb and Trevi, and Scott, wife Natalie and children Anna, Luke and Reid; Sherry, husband Glenn Pederson and their three daughters, Sheila and husband Randall and baby Emma, Natalie Kelly and son Chance, Christi Baeza and husband Javier; Jan, husband Dale Kohler, daughter, Rebekah, son Adam and wife Samantha. All of her family lives in Texas.
Marjorie moved to Sterling House Maltsberger Assisted Living in San Antonio upon her diagnoses of Parkinson's in 2002 and lived there until her death. Marjorie will fondly be remembered for many things, including her moment of fame in 1993 when a Blue Footed Booby bird from the Galapagos Islands came to live on her diving board at her home at LBJ Lake for over 1 years. Over 5,000 people from 8 different countries came to see the bird she named Bobby.
Marjorie will also be remembered for her sense of humor, her joy of gardening, her love of church hymns, and her kindness. Even though she was very shy, she made it a point to be friendly to everyone she met. The family would like to thank all the good people at Sterling House for the excellent care she has received over the years and making it all feel like home for her. Also a special thanks to her sitters/companions, Mae, Loraine, Isabel, Luz and Ashley.
