Mark Anthony Rodriguez

Mark was born in San Antonio to John and Dolores Rodriguez on January 15, 1965. He went to school in San Antonio and attended Jefferson High School. He worked as a Home Warranty Specialist for DR Horton.

Mark is preceded in death by his father, John Rodriguez and his brother Gabriel Rodriguez.

Mark is survived by his daughter Jana Hernandez and son Joseph Garcia and daughter in law Violet Guerra; grandchildren Frederick Perez, Jiana Perez, Aliya Garcia, Alicia Garcia, Joseph Garcia Jr. and Alina Garcia; mother; Dolores Rodriguez and brothers, John Rodriguez, Jacob Rodriguez, Chris Rodriguez, Jason Rodriguez and Mathew Rodriguez. Lastly his dog Bullet.

Pallbearers will be John Rodriguez, Jacob Rodriguez, Chris Rodriguez, Jason Rodriguez, Joseph Garcia and Joshua Rodriguez.

A visitation for Mark will be held on Thursday, October 23, 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Sunset Northwest Funeral Home, 6321 Bandera Road, San Antonio, TX 78238. A rosary will be recited on Thursday, October 23, 2025 at 7:00 PM, 6321 Bandera Road, San Antonio, TX 78238. A funeral mass will be celebrated on Friday, October 24, 2025 at 10:00 AM at Prince of Peace Catholic Church, 7893 Grissom Rd, San Antonio, TX 78251. A committal service will follow on Friday, October 24, 2025 at 12:00 PM at Holy Cross Cemetery, 17501 Nacogdoches Rd, San Antonio, TX 78266.

In lieu of flowers Mark would have loved money donated to the San Antonio Humane Society.
