I am old neighborhood friend of the Juarez family. My deepest regrets to everyone, especially the parents and grandparents of this courageous young man. May God bless his family left to miss him and give them strenghth.

It was a beautiful ceremony at the cemetery, with the motorcycle escort, the line of people with flags, the balloon release, the beautiful flowers, and so many organizations and people who came to honor Mark Davids life. I did not know Mark David personally. However, Americans like Mark David are special and uncommon. Mark David made the decision to join the military to defend his country knowing the consequences. It is people like him that give me hope for our country, our people, and our future. It?s is painful to lose a son, a nephew, a cousin, a friend, a loved one. I am so sorry for your loss. George, I never met Mark David but I remember all the stories about him that you told at Metro. I felt a sense of pride that your young man had found himself in the Marine Corp and was out there doing what he loved. As a father it made me feel good to see you so happy and proud of your son.
