

Martha was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She is survived by her devoted husband, Joe Monroe, her daughters Sheryl Cooper (Rodney) and Amy Carter (Jeff), her sister Georgia Reeves, as well as two cherished grandchildren, Aaron and Logan (Kiersten). Martha also leaves behind her great-grandson, Kolsen, who brought immense joy to her life.
Martha now joins in Heaven her father, Roscoe Miller, her mother Amy (Miller) Bays, her son Joseph David Monroe, her sisters Myrtle Olmstead, Betty Cox, Kathryn Crossland, Phyllis Petro and Shirley Miller, and her brother David Hardin.
Throughout her life, Martha was known for her kind heart, infectious smile, and unwavering support for her family and God. She was a woman of strength and grace, always putting the needs of others before her own. Martha’s warmth and generosity of spirit will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
A visitation for Martha will be held Friday, February 14, 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Hope Center Church, 4545 N Loop 1604 W, San Antonio, TX 78249, followed by a funeral service from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM.
Martha will be laid to rest at Cloverdale Cemetery in Cloverdale, Indiana.
Martha's memory will live on in the hearts of those who loved her, and she will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
May she rest in peace.
