Marvin S. Bowman Jr., age 91, passed away Wednesday, October 10, 2012 in San Antonio, Texas. He was born on April 4, 1921 in Boston, Massachusetts to Marvin Sr. & Helen (Dodge) Bowman. Marvin was a member of the Davy Crockett Lodge #1225 A.F. & A.M. and the Scottish Rite. Survivors include his wife of 49 years, Betty H. Bowman; cousins, Holman C. Massey Jr. & wife, Gail, Edward M. Massey & wife, Barbara, Mildred L. Mitchmore; and other loving family. Visitation will take place at 2:00 p.m. with funeral services to be held at 3:00 p.m. Monday, October 15, 2012 at Sunset Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Scott D. Kitayama officiating. Interment under the auspices of the Davy Crockett Lodge #1225 A.F. & A.M. will follow at Sunset Memorial Park.
