Mary Annette McBride

Mary Annette McBride, age 48, passed away on Saturday, May 27, 2023, in San Antonio, Texas. Mary was born on April 24, 1975, in Germany to parents Michael and Deborah McBride. Mary was vivacious and loved pink, hats, and leopard prints. She sang in the choir for over 20 years at University United Methodist Church where she was loved and known for her strong faith and sassy personality. She was preceded in death by maternal grandparents; Aaron and Verdie Satterfield, paternal grandparents; Claude and Eloise McBride. Mary is survived by parents, Michael and Deborah McBride, brothers; Matthew and Nathan McBride, sister; Bethany Mitchell and husband, Brandon. Mary leaves behind nieces and nephew, Aubrey McBride, Greyson Mitchell, and Dallas McBride.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Mary McBride’s Memorial Fund at University United Methodist Church. Funds will be used for Mary’s columbarium Inurnment. Extra funds will go towards Special Needs Ministry, and the University United Methodist Choir. They were near and dear to her heart.
