Born in Fort Worth, Texas on May 28, 1931 to Parents Barbee and Lois Moore. She met her first husband, Leotis D. Wilson in High School and later married. They were married for 26 years and had a family of 5 children consisting of 4 boys that included one set of twin boys and one girl. Her husband worked for Civil Service and spent 2½ years in Minot, North Dakota and then transferred to San Antonio Lackland AFB where he worked until his death in January 1974. Later, Maxine met and married Walter Weynand. They were married for 27 years.
Maxine is preceded in death by her parents, her first husband Leotis D. Wilson, her second husband Walter Weynand, her two sons- Lee and Larry Dean Wilson, one grandson- Austin Wilson, one great granddaughter- Kylie Jean Kurtz, one sister and three brothers.
She is survived by her daughter, Dana D. Wilson, and two sons- Terry D. Wilson (Jeanne), Gary Wilson, Daughter in Law Barbara Wilson, sister Frances Magnon of Burleson, Texas, 9 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and 2 great, great grandchildren.
