Melecio Ovalle Lopez, born on December 4, 1927 in Panna Maria, TX was called to be with our Lord on January 14, 2016 at the age of 88. He is survived by his wife, Lucia M. Lopez; daughters, Rebecca Lopez and Norma Lopez; also numerous nieces, nephews and other extended relatives. The Visitation will be held from 5:00 pm. to 9:00 p.m. Sunday, January 24, 2016 at Trevino Funeral Home, 226 Cupples Rd. with a Rosary at 7:00 p.m. The Funeral Procession will depart from the funeral home on Monday, January 25, 2016 at 8:30 a.m. for 9:00 a.m. Mass of the Resurrection at St. James the Apostle Catholic Church. Interment will follow in Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery.
