'My darling wife. It has been several months and I'm still trying to deal without having my partner and best friend around. Cierra has been a rock and I'm so proud of her and how she has helped not only me but your parents. As has been said so many times no parent should ever have to bury their child. I miss you so much and still haven't figured out how to go on without you by my side. I try hard to be as strong as I can for Cierra, but it's just so hard not having you with me. I know we will be together again when God decides the time is right, until then just know that I will never stop loving and missing you.'

When I was told I felt like someone had reached into my chest and crushed my heart. Your Mom and I will never be the same. I am awestruck at how many lives you have touched. You inspire me to be a better person.

'I thought about ways I could describe you. The words were difficult to express. You were so many things to so many people all at once. A wife, a mother, a daughter, a grandma and a friend. A smile so bright with a heart so big. I never knew you to back down from a challenge. You would embrace people you didn't know and make it seem like you knew them for years. Your love of everything made it seem so easy. I admire that about you. The love you showed on your face when you talked about your family was enlightening. The dedication you gave to the things you did for them was inspiring. I will never know anyone quite like you again. You were a blessing on this Earth and one of a kind. 'Hi Mom, its Cierra. I miss you alot and wish you were here. Someone told me you are blinging heaven so im just going to go with that because i liked it. I wish you were still here with us. After the accedent in the ambulance I told Daddy its ok im alright, than he was crying and said what about Mommy and i said Mommy's going to be alright. I really did think so at the time. When the trooper told me about what happened my heart sunk and asked her to repeat what she said. I was shocked for the first day but then it sunk in. You had the most beautiful smile anyone had ever seen. Everyone just wanted to be around you all the time. I just want to make sure you know I love you more than anything in the word. I know that THE Reusurection is going to happen somewhat soon so see you later.'

'Melissa was a beautiful Christian woman inside and out. She knew how to "Laugh, Love and Live". She always had a smile on her face and was always ready to give you a hug if you needed one. She will be missed by all who knew her and loved her, but she will never be forgotten. I mourn her earthly death but rejoice in knowing that she has eternal life and that someday we will all be together again. My heart and tears go out to her family; especially to Cliff and Cierra. For now I know she is with Jesus and I pray that are almighty Creator and Savior hold and comfort the Brewer and Sanders family and give them a sense of peace knowing that this is not goodbye but until we see you again.
