Melodie Ane Orfi was born in Alexandria, LA on August 27, 1968 to Anthony & Tina White, and passed away in Live Oak, TX on March 14, 2013. Melodie was the type of person to give to others before herself. She devoted her time to her children and her granddaughter, her family said she had an awesome sense of humor and loved music. She was preceded in death by her infant son, Andrew White. Surviving are her sons, Justin Orfi, Joshua Orfi, Brandon Gonzales; granddaughter, Madeline Orfi; parents, Anthony & Tina White; grandmother, Marline White; sisters, Dawn Shonyo (Michael) and Johnna Glass (James); as well as nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts & uncles. The family will receive friends on Wednesday March 20, 2013 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Sunset Funeral Home. Graveside services will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Thursday March 21, 2013 at Sunset Memorial Park.
