Mike Huth

Michael Dean Huth passed away at his home in San Antonio on Thursday February 4th at the age of sixty due to a heart attack. He leaves behind his beloved wife Mimi Marie-Katherine Huth nee Thornton, his son Jonathan Michael Huth, daughter Samantha Marie Mason & son-in-law Christopher Mason, his mother Ruth Wisian Huth along with loving nieces, nephews and the rest of his family and friends. Mike was preceded in death by his father Melvin Albert Huth and his sister Beverly Lynn Cluney.

Throughout his career he was Legation Insurance Claim Adjuster with four major insurance companies in Texas and Colorado. He enjoyed spending his leisure time attending renaissance festivals with his wife and friends under the pirate name “Rackem”. Michael loved vacationing on the beaches of Texas, Mexico, and the Caribbean. Mike attended Winston Churchill High School in San Antonio, TX and graduated in 1973, he later attended Southwest Texas State University and graduated with his Bachelor’s degree in 1982. He was a Past Master and lifetime member of Lonnie Irwin Daylight Lodge #1309, in San Antonio, Texas.

Services will be held on February 10, from 6-9pm at Sunset Memorial Park 1701 Austin Highway San Antonio, TX 78218.
