Robert Battista, age 86, passed away on June 13, 2023 in San Antonio, Texas. He was born on February 6, 1937 in Orange, New Jersey, to Josephine Mazzarisi and Samuel Battista. Robert married Shirley Ann Johle in 1959. He served twenty years in the US Air Force and retired as a Master Sergeant, after which he went to work for Southwestern Bell where he also retired.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Josephine and Samuel; and his brother, Sam Battista. Robert is survived by wife, Shirley Battista; daughter, Deborah Battista; sister, Mary Ann Barilla; and brother, Anthony Battista.
