Myrtle is preceded in death by her husband Kenneth McIntire and brother, Willard Nelson. She is survived by her daughters, Karen Hodge and husband Stanley, Alice McIntire, Cheryl Kruse and husband Shammon, Suzie McIntire; grandchildren, Katherine and husband Curt, Mark, Amanda and husband Michael, Emily and husband Matt; great-grandchildren, Alex, Marcus, Lauren, Lilly, Adrian and Ethan.
A visitation for Myrtle will be held Monday, March 4, 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM with a prayer service at 7:00 PM at Sunset Northwest Funeral Home, 6321 Bandera Road, San Antonio, TX 78238. A graveside service will be celebrated Tuesday, March 5, 2024 at 2:30 PM at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery, 1520 Harry Wurzbach Road, San Antonio, TX 78209.
