She enjoyed gardening, interior designing and antiquing. She enjoyed going to church and was a member of the Christian Women's Fellowship.
Myrtle is survived by her nieces, Sheryl Sharawi (Sam), Charla Sealy; nephews, James (Jim) Stephen Harris (Carrie), Tom Saunders (Mary Virginia), Bob Saunders; numerous great nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m., Sunday, October 21, 2012, at Porter Loring Mortuary North.
