Nancy learned her love for needlework from her mother. Her creative passion began with doll clothes and continued with sewing and knitting for herself, her daughters and grandchildren. Over the years, her loved ones have enjoyed homemade clothes, Halloween costumes, quilts, dolls and Christmas stockings. Grandma was known to be "able to make anything!"
Nancy graduated from Mac Arthur High School in 1960 and enjoyed her years as a Brahmadora while making lifelong friends. She continued to stay in touch with her high school friends and helped organize reunions throughout her life.
Nancy attended the University of Texas and graduated from UTSA with a degree in Business Administration in 1988.
Nancy was a sweet and loving person who was devoted to her family and friends and had an endless capacity for helping others.
