A note for my sister-in-law Nora,
Thank you, for this is not a goodbye  but I'll  see you. I'll  see you when a movie,a smell,a song or a color of an object either  comes on or appears.I was able to be apart  of your life for 5 years.Within those  years your were a wonderful sister  to your brothers,a caring Aunt  to your niece(scarlet)and nephews(jaycob, ryan) and an even loving beautiful  daughter  to your  parents. I will forever miss the words when you would  say ""Aww Aaron ". 
For this is not goodbye but an I'll see you.

My dear cousin is now resting and at peace.  Your pain is gone, your sadness forgotten.  But you, your loving and caring parents and family, are not forgotten.  You all continue to be loved and supported  by all who knew you.  Everyone continues to be in our prayers as we mourn your departure, but rejoice in knowing that you and your family's faith remained strong at all times.  We all take great comfort in that.  You have entered the kingdom of heaven and the valley of angels.  Be at peace my sweet and beautiful cousin.  We will remain strong for your family and be there to comfort them as they move forward.

Nora, I can’t believe you’re no longer with us. I love you so much. You have been in our lives for a long time.  You were the best Tia, sister and friend.  Thank you for always encouraging Belinda and regañando her when she needed it!  Until we meet again Nora, I will always love you! 

I grew up with Nora in church and we became friends two years before I left for college. She was such a beautiful person inside and out. I think I made her blush more than I want to admit. She was sweet and so very nice to me at a time when I needed a true friend. She at times didn’t say much, but was very expressive with her facial expressions. I loved that about her and how she was a listener.  Her laugh and/or giggles were the best. I’m so glad I was able to get in touch with her again. Nora showed me what perseverance and hope through faith looks like in the last year or so. She was still a light in this world even to the end. Love you and forever miss you. You will always have a Special place in my heart dear friend.  Rest In Peace and we’ll see each other later. 

I met Nora the summer I spent in Corpus Christi with Mike and Anita Johnson, pastor of the church where the DeLaCruz’s attended.  We were pretty much inseparable that whole summer and I loved hanging out with all the youth!  We kept in touch the next few years and ended up at Bible College in Pennsylvania.  We had a small class but we all became very close.
Nora had an amazing laugh!  She always called me crazy and would call me out on procrastinating in assignments.  LOL.
So many memories but not enough time to share.  She had an amazing family who were and are pillars of faith.
My love and prayers I send to this precious family during this time of great sadness.  Grief can be suffocating.  But God provides us with a grace that is the exact measure needed to face these challenging moments.

We have known the family for several years and saw her just a few times, but I remember what a sweet smile she  shared and a glowing radiance  shined forth when she spoke , her eyes sparkling as she politely greeted us .

Nora, my beautiful sister in law...I will miss you incredibly. This seems unreal. I became a part of your family in 1995 when I met Orlando, and it’s like someone pressed fast forward. You were a truly sweet and loving person with a beautiful smile. I will miss your smile, laugh, hugs, and sarcasm at times. Also, how you loved Lucian & Delilah. Our favorite color is purple, and I will remember you when I wear it. I love you so much my Thither. Rest In Peace. 💜💜💜💜  

Heaven gained another angel😪
IMy cousin Nora De La Cruz was one of those rare & special people that inspire you with their courage and kindness. When I heard of her passing, I was struck with profound sadness and an urge to take stock of my own existence. 
The truth is that I've spent a great deal of the past few years licking my own wounds - dealing with depression, failed relationships, loss/illness and other hardships in unhealthy ways. If I'm being honest with myself, my actions have not reflected my true inner strength and wisdom. 
My beautiful Cousin, a great example of overcoming adversity and living every ounce of life. I find myself both saddened and inspired, how dare I not seize every moment of time that God has given me, when others have not been as fortunate? 
I don't intend to shame myself as negative self-talk never has a positive outcome. Instead, I plan to follow her example and seize opportunities to really live in the now, enjoy what I've been given. With the grace of God, I will take care of myself and those I love. 
When we lose one of our brightest stars, it's up to us to raise our own vibrations to shine a little brighter.
I love you Nora! Your smile will be one of the brightest stars in the sky! ❤

My sister was the most kindhearted person with a smile and laugh that can bring joy to me no matter how my day was. She went on to the next chapter way to soon. As I write this I wonder why as her younger brother by 10years am I having to see her go but deep down I feel joy knowing that she is finally at peace. My heart is filled with sorrow as a brother but I will forever remember how she not only the best sister I could have asked for but also a wonderful aunt to all her nieces and nephews  and I will miss you so much sister but you rest now and know im ok. Love you Nora. 

I went to Bible School with Nora and remember her infectious smile. She was such a sweet person and will be missed.

I am saddened to hear of Nora's passing.  She is with God now, and I hope that we can all find comfort in that.

I went to Bible College with Nora, in what seems like a lifetime ago. She was a kind, sweet young lady with a beautiful giggle. I remember when she would get aggravated at something she would say "stinkin".  I thought that was so endearing and she was.  My heart and my prayers are with this family. She was a beautiful light.

So sorry to hear of this great loss!!  We went to Bible School together, she was always an encouragement and a blessing.   Praying for this  family!

The dictionary has many words for us to use in almost every instance. There are those times , like this one for example, where words fail us completely.  I only knew her for a short while but it was enough to reveal she was a great person. I will keep this family in my prayers to the Father. 

Nora was such a good friend and a blessing while we were in Bible school together. I’m so sorry for your loss. May God bring comfort during this time.
