

Norbert Christopher “Chris” Laskowski, 82, of San Antonio, Texas joined his Lord and Savior, on Sunday, March 7, 2021. Chris was born on September 11, 1938 to Crispian and Rosalia (Kyrish) Laskowski in Cestohowa, Texas. He was predeceased by his parents and his brother, Elven. He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Sylvia Jean Laskowski; children Julie Smith, husband David; Samuel Laskowski, wife Lisa; Jeanne Mobley, husband Brock; Mark Laskowski, wife Kirsten; his grandchildren Ryan, Charlie, Lauren, Emily, Audrey, Max, Hunter, Connor, and great granddaughter, Grace.
Chris joined The Air Force in 1959, serving his country for over 20 years as active duty military. After returning to civilian life he became an adult educator and administrator for Texas A&M Extension Service in San Antonio, Texas until retirement.
Extremely active in the Church, Chris Served as a Eucharistic Minister for both Blessed Sacrament and Holy Trinity Catholic Church. He took his devotion a step further and became a Deacon, continuing to serve the Parish until illness forced him from his duties. Chris had a strong faith and showed it by sharing his time and kindness.
Chris will be dearly missed by his Parish, his friends, and his family; he touched so many lives and his impact will never be lost.

A Rosary will be held at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, 20523 Huebner Rd, San Antonio April 12, 2021 at 9:30 am followed by a funeral mass at 10:00 am. Chris will be laid to rest in a private ceremony at Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery.
