

Ona Pearl Bulger Davis Lowe was called by the Lord on December 23, 2008 in San Antonio. She was born April 10, 1929, in El Paso. She attended Texas College of Mines now UTEP and was a lifelong dedicated member of Delta Delta Delta Sorority. Pearl worked as an insurance claims manager for many years in El Paso. She is preceded by two loving husbands, both from El Paso: John W. Jay Davis and R. LeRoy Lowe; her parents William S. Bulger and Lola Mae Crowder Bulger.
Survivors include brother Spencer Bulger wife Linda Bulger of San Antonio, Texas; daughter Debora L. "Davis" Wonner husband Richard Wonner of Las Vegas, Nevada; son Carey S. Davis wife Patti Mosteller Davis of Houston, Texas; grandchildren Aaron Wonner wife Amy, Sarah Price, and Dillon Davis; and great-grandchildren Jaden Price, Evan and McKayla Wonner.
Pearl grew up, lived and worked in El Paso and also lived in Coahoma, Texas; Sun City Center, Florida; and San Antonio, Texas. She will be remembered for her wonderful ability to make friends wherever she went, her love of Southwest dcor and cuisine, her easy laugh, good sense of humor, and always enjoying the moment. She was an avid golfer, a delightful cook, a wonderful singer, enthusiastic sports fan and bridge player, and she loved her memories of her travels throughout the world.
