Patrick was an Eagle Scout. He was also a proud member of the NRA, and the National Scuba Association. His lifelong passion was for music which kept him closely connected to friends and family who shared that love as well. He also had a love for hunting, scuba diving, and Nascar Racing.
He was preceded in death by, his parents, grandparents, and several aunts and uncles. Patrick is survived by his brother, Michael D. Collins and his wife, Cathy, of Dallas, Texas; his sister, Sharon L. Collins of San Antonio; nephews, Chris Collins of Houston Tx. and Stephen Collins of Dallas Tx; nieces, Sara McDonald, Laura Heeney, Julia Lozano, and Rebecca Rios all of San Antonio, as well as several great nieces and a nephew.
