Patsy Ruth Hansen, age 87, went to be with her Lord on Thursday, December 18, 2014. She was born in San Antonio on September 29, 1927 to Harold W. Mc Cabe and Martha E. Mc Cabe. She was a graduate of Brackenridge High School, married to Charles Hansen in
1947 and was married 67 years until his death in May 2014.
She loved family and having family parties. She enjoyed cooking, sewing, and making crafts. She was active in church activities including communion server, quilting club and alter guild. She helped organize many dinners and special events for the church. She was and will continue to be a spiritual guide to her family and will always be with us.
She is survived by Charles E. Hansen Jr., Debbie Yarnold, Cindy Martin and Micky Hansen; 8 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren; sister Martha Stockert.
Visitation, Friday, Dec. 26, 2014 from 5:00 – 7:00 P.M. at Sunset Funeral Home. Funeral service, Saturday, Dec. 27, 2014, 10:00 A.M., Grace Lutheran Church, 504 Ave. E and McCullough.
