Paulina Aguilar Ortiz, whose days often began with a hot cup of cafe and her favorite music, passed away leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and family.
She loved to cook, dance, and listen to music. She had a way of making the ordinary extraordinary - whether it was spending quality time with her family, standing in the kitchen while something delicious simmered on the stove, or getting lost in a song that spoke to her soul. Her home was full of life, filled with plantitas, tortillas, and the warmth of her giving spirit. True to her nature, she loved helping others and believed that hard work was never a burden but a blessing.
Her life was one of love, service, and joy. She taught us that family is everything, that hard work is honorable, and that you should never miss a chance to love others. She will be deeply missed, but her laughter, love, y forma de ser will live on in every story shared around the table she once filled with food, music, laughter and joy.
Paulina was preceded in death by her parents: Miguel Aguilar Sr. and Sereviana Del Toro Aguilar, as well as her brothers and sisters; Miguel Aguilar Jr., Luis Aguilar, Margarito Aguilar, Amador Aguilar, Juanita A. Guevara, Manuela Martinez, Antonia A. Gonzales, Vicenta Ortiz and two grandchildren Albert Gomez Jr and Sandy Ortiz.
She is survived by her family: Miguel Casarez Sr., Juan Ortiz, Valentine Ortiz Jr., Sandra Gomez, Benito Ortiz Sr., and her many beloved grandchildren and great-grandchildren, who will forever remember her warm hugs, wise words, and, her love which like her coffee pot never seemed to run empty.
