Pedro Zavala, Jr.

Pedro Zavala, Jr. born on December 10, 1949 was called to be with the Lord on January 31, 2019 at the age of 69. He is preceded in death by his beloved parents, Pedro and Julia Zavala; wife, Sunday Zavala; son, Michael Larence Zavala; niece, Crystal Musquiz, followed by many aunts and uncles. He is survived by his loving children, Pedro Zavala, III. (Leinad Cortez), Sunday Blanca Zavala, Mathew Marcus Zavala and Julio Anthony Zavala; grandchildren, Tuesday Ann Zavala, Daisy Sue Zavala, Maylynn Zavala, Damien Michael Tenorio, Nevaeh Zavala and Mathew Zavala, Jr.; numerous nieces, nephews and grandchildren. Pedro loved spending his time fishing at the Calaveras Lake, Braunig Lake and in Port Aransas. He enjoyed bar-be-queing with his family and friends and also enjoyed deer hunting.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Thursday, February 7, 2019 at Funeraria Del Angel Trevino Funeral Home, 226 Cupples Rd. with the Prayer Service to be held at 7:00 p.m. On Friday, February 8, 2019 the Chapel Service will be at 11:00 a.m. at Funeraria Del Angel Trevino Funeral Home, 226 Cupples Rd. Inurnment will be at a later date at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.
