
Pegge Jo Moore-Feeney, age 91, passed away on Friday, May 26, 2023, in San Antonio, Texas. Pegge was born on February 22,1932 in Bakersfield, California to her mother, Billie Oliver and father, Hermon H. Plummer. Always active in her church, she loved singing and sang in the church choir most of her life. Pegge was a great cook and used her skills in her own catering business. At age 65, she became a licensed real estate agent. She loved to entertain and hosted many Bible Studies, Sing-Alongs, and Game Nights in her home. She has been known as “The Biscuit Lady”, “The Pie Lady”, but mostly recently, as “The Cookie Lady”. Her creative cookie recipes were loved by all. She frequented many local restaurants and businesses where she was well known and loved by owners, managers, servers, and staff. As a wife, a mother, a grandmother, and a friend to so many, she was greatly loved and will be greatly missed. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 68 years, David L. Moore; and son, David B. Moore. Pegge is survived by her husband, Richard L. Feeney and her children; Pegge Lee Moore, Bradley A. Moore, Kandis K. Moore, Lorie L. Ramsey, and Deborah D. Huntley; as well as 13 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
