They spent time in Texas, Montana and Washington, finally settling in the Rio Grande Valley of Texas in Harlingen. Penny and her Mom spent many road trips between Texas, Montana, North Dakota and Washington. In the 50's and 60's, that was quite an adventure for the 2 solo ladies. She was a lifetime fan of the Houston Astros, a San Antonio Spurs season ticket holder for 23 years, and a University of Texas Football season ticket holder for the past 6 years. Hook 'Em Horns!
