She was born January 13, 1920 in Castaòos, Coahuila, Mexico. She was the last surviving sibling of 13 brothers and sisters.
In Ciudad Acuòa in her youth, she played basketball and baseball. She enjoyed cooking and traveling.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Esteban Galindo and son, Gustavo C. Galindo. Survivors: daughter and son-in-law, Leticia G. and Enrique M. Barrera; daughter-in-law, Zenaida R. Galindo; son and daughter-in-law, Sergio A.C. and Angelita C. Galindo; daughter, Lila Geraldina Galindo; 8 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
