Polly Eulaliah L. Garrett

Polly retired from Fox Tech High School after teaching American History and Government for 24 years. A member of the San Antonio Retired Teachers' Association, she also served as a docent at the Institute of Texan Cultures, and volunteered at Audie Murphy V.A. Hospital.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, John Moore Garrett, Jr.; 2 brothers, Jack Charles Adams and Benjamin Franklin Adams, Jr.; and a sister, Zona Mae Withers. Survivors include 2 daughters, Polly Sue Stabile and husband John of Laredo, and Patricia Sydney Trish Fielder and husband John of Pleasanton; 4 grandchildren, Shawn Fielder, Derek James Moore and wife Jennifer, Lesli Melissa Moore, and Megan Nicole Bowden and husband Joshua; 4 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

The family wishes to thank Hopie Castillo, Veronica Martinez and Terry Santellan for the loving care they gave Polly.
